Put a spring in your step with this energizing green smoothie.
If you think you’re not a fan of green smoothies, I hope this one will change your mind. Spinach is a superfood and is packed with several important nutrients including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, folate, calcium and iron. It also gives the smoothie a lovely verdant hue. The addition of mango, banana and grapes gives a refreshing, sweet flavor. And the Greek yogurt adds a boost of protein as well as a creamy texture.

- ¼ cup cold water
- ¼ cup Stonyfield organic nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup green grapes
- ½ cup diced mango
- ¼ ripe banana
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 2 ice cubes
- Place all of the ingredients in the blender in the order listed starting with the water and ending with the ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
