I recently had the honor of writing a guest post on my friend Carrie’s site- Carrie’s Experimental Kitchen. Every week Carrie hosts Seafood Frenzy Fridays on her site where she highlights seafood recipes from other bloggers since she doesn’t cook fish herself. So when she invited me to write a guest post for her site, I decided to share a seafood recipe. My Flounder Oreganata is a healthier spin on the classic Italian dish.
