I hope you all had a wonderful holiday! This year it was just the three of us at home, but I couldn’t have asked for a better day spent with my husband and daughter. Watching Sienna open her gifts and giggle with delight was priceless. After she was done playing with her new toys and frolicking in the wrapping paper, she took a well earned nap.
Pete and I then exchanged presents while watching our favorite holiday movie Love Actually (for roughly the one billionth time).
As he does every year, Pete spoiled me with a bounty of kitchen goodies for Christmas. I’m really excited about my spiralizer and ring molds- get ready for some fancy looking food in 2015!

Did you notice our tree looking a bit bare in the first photo? There’s a perfectly good explanation behind this. For the last few years we’ve decorated our tree with a set of pretty fruit ornaments which were a gift from my in-laws. Well this year someone decided that they looked too yummy not to be eaten. I guess I can’t really blame her, they do look pretty tasty. Hence the toddler-proofed half naked tree!
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE HOLIDAY MOVIE?
Without further ado, the winners of my book Cooking Well: Anti-Aging are Jett W. and Bernadette Martin. Congratulations to you both! Please email your addresses to firstname.lastname@example.org so I can send you the book. A big thanks to everyone who stopped by and left such nice comments, I really appreciate all of your support.
