Semi-sweet chocolate Heavy cream Whole milk Sugar Instant espresso powder Egg yolks

Step 1: Chop or break the chocolate into small pieces.

Step 2: Heat cream, milk, sugar, espresso, and chocolate in a saucepan. Whisk egg yolks in a bowl.

Step 3: Whisk chocolate mixture into the egg yolks. Pour the mixture through a strainer into 4 ramekins.

Step 4: Bake ramekins in a water bath in the oven at 350°F for 45-55 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

Step 5: Refrigerate pots de crème until cold.  Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
