Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups diced mango (1 large mango)
  • cup chopped red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ jalapeño pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
