Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder, cayenne and thyme. Add the shrimp and oil and toss to coat.
Pour the shrimp out in an even layer onto a large rimmed baking sheet and cook 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reached 145 degrees F.
Remove from the oven and toss with the parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
