- 2 pints red and yellow cherry or grape tomatoes halved
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- ½ cup basil leaves chopped
- ½ cup parsley chopped
- ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 8 ounces dry spaghetti
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Place the tomatoes, garlic, basil, parsley, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a large bowl.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
Toss the pasta with the sauce. Add some of the reserved pasta water as needed to coat the pasta. Top with Parmesan cheese.
