Ingredients

  • 2 pints red and yellow cherry or grape tomatoes halved
  • 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • ½ cup basil leaves chopped
  • ½ cup parsley chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 8 ounces dry spaghetti
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the tomatoes, garlic, basil, parsley, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a large bowl.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  3. Toss the pasta with the sauce. Add some of the reserved pasta water as needed to coat the pasta. Top with Parmesan cheese.
