Crispy Avocado Tacos

These hearty vegetarian tacos are the perfect family friendly meal.

Cabbage slaw:

  • 2 cups shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded or julienned carrot
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper



  1. To make the cabbage slaw, toss the cabbage, carrot, lime juice, and honey together in a bowl. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  2. To assemble the tacos, heat the tortillas in the oven until warm and softened. Top each tortilla with a couple of avocado fries and some slaw. Drizzle some smoky chipotle crema on top and garnish with a few cilantro leave. Serve with lime wedges on the side to squeeze on top just before eating.
