Chocolate for breakfast?  Not only is this satisfying smoothie bowl delicious, it’s good for you too, packed with almost 12 grams of protein and 8 grams of fiber!

Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl:

  • 1 CocoaVia® Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Stick Pack
  • 1 small banana, frozen
  • ¼ cup milk, any type (I used unsweetened almond milk)
  • ¼ cup vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes

Optional Toppings:

  • Granola (can use certified gluten-free)
  • Peanut butter
  • Raspberry jam
  • Raspberries
  • Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Blend the CocoaVia® Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Stick Pack, banana, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, peanut butter powder, vanilla, and ice together in a blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Top with an assortment of granola, peanut butter, jam, berries and chia seeds. Enjoy!
