Ingredients

  • 1 cup low fat buttermilk
  • cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chives
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • Kosher salt and black pepper

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Store in the refrigerator.
