  • 1 ½ cups filtered water
  • 2 whole apples, washed and chopped coarsely
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh carrots (chopped or grated)
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
