Ingredients

  • 6 ounces diced pineapple (about 1 cup)
  • 1 medium orange, peeled
  • ½ banana, peeled
  • ¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • Ice- 1 cup
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed (optional)
