  • 2 cups mixed berries like blueberries, strawberries, blackberries and raspberries (can use fresh or frozen berries)
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed or chia seeds
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve.
