4-Ingredient Dairy-Free Parmesan Cheese

This simple vegan, dairy-free dish is a delicious substitute for Parmesan cheese!


  • 1 cup unsalted cashews
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Process all ingredients together in a food processor until finely ground.  Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
