Ingredients

  • 8 ounces strawberries (about 2 cups halved)
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 2 pinches cardamom plus extra for garnish
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until frothy. Adjust sweetness to taste. Garnish with cardamom. Serve cold.
