Mango Agua Fresca

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed mango (about 2 large mangos)
  • 6 cups water, divided
  • 2 tablespoons honey, sugar or other sweetener of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  • Place the mango in a blender with 1 cup water, honey and lime juice. Puree until smooth. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and add the remaining 5 cups water. Stir to combine. Refrigerate until cold. Serve over ice.
