Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 cups chopped pineapple
  • 1 medium banana, preferably frozen
  • 1 cup coconut almond milk blend
  • 1 cup ice cubes (see note)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve.

Notes

Adding a frozen banana to the smoothie will make it creamy without without watering it down. If you don't have any frozen bananas, you can add some ice cubes.
