Step 1: Cut the spaghetti squash in half. You can soften it in the microwave first to make it easier to cut.


Step 2: Scoop out the seeds and pulp.


Step 3: Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 


Step 4: Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Place spaghetti squash halves in the basket cut side up.


Step 5: Cook 15-20 minutes until flesh is fork tender. 


Step 6: Use a fork to scrape the flesh into long strands. 


Step 6: Serve spaghetti squash with desired toppings like marinara sauce, cheese, and herbs.
