What you'll need:

Cauliflower Egg Italian seasoning Shredded cheese Salt and pepper Marinara sauce, for serving

Step 1: Cut cauliflower into florets and place them in a food processor. 


Step 2: Pulse cauliflower until finely chopped. Place in a covered bowl and cook in microwave for 10 minutes. 


Step 3: Place cauliflower in cheesecloth and squeeze out all of the liquid. 


Step 4: Mix cauliflower with egg, Italian seasoning, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.


Step 5: Form the dough into a 8x12-inch  rectangle on a baking sheet.


Step 6: Top with more cheese and bake at 450°F until cheese is melted. Cut into breadsticks and serve with marinara sauce.
