Step 1: Steam the cauliflower florets until partially cooked. 


Step 2: Heat butter and cream in a pot. Stir in the cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.


Step 3: Stir in the cauliflower. 


Step 4: Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake until hot and bubbly.
