Corn on the cob Avocado or olive oil Sour cream Mayonnaise Garlic powder Chili powder Salt Lime juice Cotija cheese Cilantro

Step 1: Rub corn with oil and season with salt. Place in a single layer in an air fryer preheated to 375°F.


Step 2: Cook 12-15 minutes until corn is lightly charred and tender, turning it once or twice.


Step 3: Meanwhile, mix sour cream, mayo, lime juice, chili powder, and garlic powder together.


Step 4: Drizzle the sauce on the corn. 


Step 5: Top with crumbled cotija cheese and fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
