What you'll need:

Salmon Soy sauce Rice vinegar Brown sugar Ginger Garlic Sesame oil Cornstarch Olive oil

Step 1: Mix soy sauce, water, vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil together.

Step 2: Pour half of it over the salmon and let it marinate.

Step 3: Add a mixture of cornstarch and water to the rest of the sauce.

Step 4: Simmer the sauce 1-2 minutes until thickened.

Step 5: Cook salmon 6-8 minutes at 400°F in the air fryer.  Garnish and serve!
