Step 1: Mix the dried spices together in a bowl.


Step 2: Brush the tilapia fillets with olive oil.


Step 3: Sprinkle the spice rub evenly on top of the fish.


Step 4: Cook fresh tilapia in the air fryer at 380°F for 8-10 minutes.


Step 5: Cook frozen tilapia longer, 12-13 minutes. Garnish with lemon juice and parsley.
