Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Blend flour, butter, eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and salt in a blender until frothy.

Step 2: Heat an oven-safe skillet on the stove. When hot, add butter and swirl it around until melted.

Step 3: Add the apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar to the skillet. and cook until softened.

Step 4: Pour batter into the hot skillet and place skillet in the oven.

Step 5: Bake on the middle shelf for 18-22 minutes at 425°F until puffed up and golden brown.

Step 6: Dust the apple Dutch baby with powdered sugar. Cut into wedges. Serve with maple syrup.
