1. Blueberries 2. Vanilla yogurt 3. Milk 4. Honey or agave

Step 1: Simmer the blueberries and honey in a saucepan until the berries release their juice.


Step 2: Whisk the yogurt and milk together in a large bowl.


Step 3: Gently stir the cooled blueberry mixture into the yogurt.


Step 4: Pour into popsicles molds and freeze at least 3-4 hours until solid.


Step 5: Unmold the popsicles and enjoy!
