Celery root Potato Granny Smith Apple Half and Half Butter Bay Leaf Salt Pepper

Follow my easy instructions for success!

Step 1: Boil the diced celery root, potato, and apple in a large pot of water until tender.


Step 2: Heat the half and half, butter, and bay leaf in a small saucepan.


Step 3: Drain the vegetables, then stir them in a hot, dry pot to evaporate any liquid. Transfer to a food processor. 


Step 4: Add the hot cream and puree until smooth. Taste and season with salt and pepper.  


Step 5: Serve celeriac puree in a serving bowl and garnish with fresh chives or parsley.  Enjoy!
