Step 1: Simmer blueberries, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a saucepan until the berries burst and release their juices.

Step 2: Stir milk, yogurt, vanilla, and lemon zest together in a large bowl.

Step 3: Add the oats and chia seeds and stir to combine.

Step 4: Layer the oats with the blueberry compote in mason jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 5: In the morning, top overnight oats with your favorite toppings like nuts, granola, coconut, and more berries.
