Step 1: Cook the ground beef or turkey, onions, and bell pepper in a skillet.

Step 2: Stir in the dried spices, salsa, and cream cheese.

Step 3: Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.

Step 4: Whisk the eggs and cream together. Pour the mixture on top of the filling.

Step 5: Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top over the filling.

Step 6: Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until topping is set. Serve with your favorite taco toppings!
