What you'll need:

Old fashioned oats Blueberries Flaxseed Bananas Almond butter Sliced almonds (optional) Maple syrup Vanilla Cinnamon Salt

Step-by-step instructions

Follow my easy instructions for success!

Step 1: Mash banana in a mixing bowl. Add almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. 


Step 2: Stir it all together until smooth.  


Step 3: Stir in the oats, flaxseed, and almonds. 


Step 4: Gently stir in the blueberries.


Step 5: Scoop the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone liner. 


Step 6: Gently press down on the cookies to flatten them. 


Step 7: Bake at 350°F for 18-22 minutes until done. Cool on a wire rack. Click on the link below for storage instructions.
