Cooked chicken Neufchâtel cheese Greek yogurt Frank's hot sauce Cheddar cheese Scallions Garlic powder Onion powder Black pepper Blue cheese (optional)

Step 1: Shred the chicken with a fork (you can use rotisserie chicken). 


Step 2: Stir the Neufchátel cheese, Greek yogurt, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper together in a bowl. 


Step 3: Stir in the shredded chicken and scallions. Transfer to a baking dish.  


Step 4: Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
