What you'll need:

Salmon Soy sauce Honey Rice vinegar Ginger Garlic Sesame oil Scallions and Sesame Seeds (optional)

Step 1: Mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil together.

Step 2: Pour about half of it over the salmon in a baking dish and let it marinate.

Step 3: Simmer the remaining marinade in a saucepan until thickened slightly.

Step 4: Bake salmon at 400°F for 10-15 minutes until done. Then spoon the sauce over the salmon.

Step 5: Garnish salmon with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve immediately.
