What you'll need:

Spaghetti squash Olive oil Salt  Pepper

Step 1: Cut the spaghetti squash in half. You can soften it in the microwave first to make it easier to cut.

Step 2: Scoop out the seeds with a spoon.

Step 3: Brush the cut sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Place on a baking sheet cut side down and bake in the oven at 400°F for 40-45 minutes.

Step 5: The squash is done when it is fork tender.

Step 6: Scrape the flesh with a fork so that it forms spaghetti-like strands.

Step 7: Serve spaghetti squash with olive oil and parmesan cheese or toss with your favorite pasta sauce.
