What you'll need:

Acorn squash Butter Salt  A microwave

Floral Separator

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1: Cut the acorn squash in half. You can soften it in the microwave first to make it easier to cut.

Step 2: Scoop out the seeds.

Step 3: Place squash halves cut side down in a microwave-safe dish. Add a little water to the dish.

Step 4: Microwave 8-9 minutes then flip over. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt.  Add any other toppings.

Step 5: Cook another 2-3 minutes until fork tender.

Step 6: Serve microwave acorn squash alone or stuff it with your favorite filling. Enjoy!
