Spaghetti Olive oil Garlic  Chili flakes Grape tomatoes Artichoke hearts Capers Lemon Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper Basil or parsley

Step 1: Heat olive oil in a pan with garlic and chili flakes. Add the tomatoes and cook until softened.

Step 2: Add quartered artichoke hearts, capers, lemon juice, and zest.

Step 3: Stir in the cooked spaghetti.

Step 4: Add parmesan cheese and some pasta water. Toss to coat the pasta with the sauce.

Step 5: Garnish with fresh herbs, a drizzle of olive oil and more parmesan. Dig in!
