Step 1: Dice peaches and spread them out in an 8x8-inch square baking dish.


Step 2: Pour the dry ingredients over the peaches.


Step 3: Pour the wet ingredients on top and press down to submerge the oats.


Step 4: Arrange sliced peaches on top and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.


Step 5: Bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes until set. Serve plain or top with maple syrup or Greek yogurt.
