Step 1: Mix breadcrumbs with parmesan, garlic, lemon zest, herbs, and olive oil.


Step 2: Place salmon in a baking dish and top with the breadcrumb mixture. 


Step 3: Pour white wine into the dish around the salmon. 


Step 4: Bake at 425°F for 10-12 minutes. Then place under the broiler until golden brown.
