What you'll need:

Shrimp Noodles Hoisin sauce Soy sauce Sesame Oil Scallions Ginger Oil Broccoli Bell pepper Carrots/ Cornstarch Chicken broth

Step 1: Mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth, and cornstarch together in a bowl. 


Step 2: Mix some of the sauce with the shrimp. Cook shrimp in a wok or pan until opaque. Remove from wok. 


Step 3: Cook the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots until crisp tender. Remove from wok. 


Step 4: Cook the scallions and garlic until fragrant. 


Step 5: Add the vegetables back to the wok along with the sauce. Simmer the sauce until it thickens. 


Step 5: Add the cooked noodles and shrimp. Toss to coat it all with the sauce. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
