Sushi-grade tuna Soy sauce Sesame oil Sriracha Mayonnaise Scallions Rice Toppings: avocado, cucumber, edamame, mango, sesame seeds, etc.

Follow my easy instructions for success!

Step 1: Start with sushi-grade ahi tuna. Dice tuna into 1/2-inch cubes. 


Step 2: Mix tuna with soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha, and scallions. 


Step 3: Cook the rice. I like to use a rice cooker- it gives you perfect rice everytime!


Step 4: To make the spicy mayo, mix Sriracha and mayonnaise together in a bowl.


Step 5: Assemble the poke bowls with rice,  tuna, spicy mayo, and your favorite toppings like avocado, edamame, cucumber, and mango.
