Step 1: Heat oil and butter in a large saucepan. Add the flour and whisk to combine.


Step 2: Pour in the chicken stock and milk, whisking it continuously until a smooth sauce forms.


Step 3: Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, and poultry seasoning.


Step 4: Stir in the turkey, vegetables, Greek yogurt, and shredded cheese.


Step 5: Pour the turkey mixture into a prepared casserole dish.


Step 6: Spread the stuffing over the top. Bake casserole 30-35 minutes at 375°F until golden brown.
