Ingredients

  • 1 bag (1 lb.) tricolor coleslaw mix (red and green cabbage and carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons EVOO
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
