- 1 bag (15 oz) frozen sweet potato fries (I use Alexia brand)
- Avocado or olive oil spray (optional)
Preheat air fryer to 360°F.
Fill air fryer basket no more than half full of frozen fries (you don't want to overcrowd the basket). You may need to cook the fries in batches. Lightly spray fries with oil, if desired.
Cook fries for 14-16 minutes, tossing them halfway through cooking time to ensure even browning. Remove fries from basket and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
-
- Preheat your air fryer for the best results.
-
- Avoid overcrowding the basket. Cooking too many fries at once can result in soggy fries. Cook them in batches if needed.
-
- Shake the basket halfway through or toss the fries with tongs to ensure even crisping.
-
- You can spray the fries with a little bit of oil to get a golden color and maximum crispiness. I like to use an oil sprayer for this.
