Ingredients

  • 4 bananas cut into slices and frozen until firm
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk any type
  • Optional toppings:
  • Peanut butter, crushed peanuts, chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed food processor or blender until smooth. This will take a good minute or two.
  • When it’s done, it will be smooth and creamy, just like soft serve ice cream. Serve right away or, for a firmer texture, pop it in the freezer for a few hours. Top with your favorite toppings!
