Strawberry Pineapple Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 pound strawberries, quartered  (4 cups)
  • 8 ounces diced pineapple (2 cups)
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (4-5 lemons)
  • ¾ cup honey, agave or other sweetener of your choice
  • 6 cups cold water
  • Optional garnish: mint leaves

Instructions

  • Place the strawberries, pineapple, lemon juice, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth. 
  • Pour into a large pitcher and add the water. Stir to combine. Taste and add more water if desired.
  • Serve lemonade in glasses over ice. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
