What you'll need:

Acorn squash Olive oil  Salt  Garlic powder Italian seasoning Parmesan cheese

Step 1: Cut the acorn squash in half. You can soften it in the microwave first to make it easier to cut.

Step 2: Scoop out the seeds.

Step 3: Slice acorn squash into 3/4-inch slices.

Step 4: Toss the slices with oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and parmesan cheese.

Step 5: Preheat air fryer to 390°F. Place squash in the basket in a single layer.

Step 6: Cook 10-14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and fork tender.

Step 7: Sprinkle more parmesan cheese on top and serve. It's the perfect easy side dish!
