Step 1: Toss chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch. Cook in air fryer 8-10 minutes until crispy.


Step 2: Simmer the sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Add cornstarch to thicken it.


Step 3: Remove chicken from the air fryer and toss with the sauce.


Step 4: Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds. Serve with rice.
