These healthy whole grain muffins are sweetened with bananas and dates and have no refined sugar!

These easy muffins can be made into mini muffins- perfect for babies and toddlers!

What you'll need:

Dates Flour Oats Baking soda Baking powder Salt Cinnamon Bananas Egg  Milk Vanilla Oil

Step 1: Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Puree the dates in a food processor until a smooth paste forms.

Step 3: Mash ripe bananas in a bowl with a fork or potato masher.

Step 4: Mix the date paste, bananas, egg, milk, oil and vanilla together.

Step 5:  Mix  flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in another bowl.

Step 4: Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until just combined.

Step 5: Scoop the batter into a muffin pan. Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes (mini muffins) or 18-22 minutes (regular muffins).

Step 6: Cool muffins on a wire rack, then serve.
