Step 1: Whisk the dry ingredients together.


Step 2: Whisk the wet ingredients together.


Step 3: Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients together.


Step 4: Transfer to a loaf pan and top with a banana sliced lengthwise.


Step 5: Bake at 350°F for 50-55 minutes. Cool, then slice and serve!
