What you need:

Ground beef Onion Garlic Parsley Cumin Coriander Cinnamon Olive oil Yogurt Cucumber Lemon juice Mint or Dill

Step 1: Purée onion, garlic, and parsley in a food processor.


Step 2: Transfer mixture to a bowl and add ground beef and dried spices. Mix to combine.


Step 3: Form the meat into kebabs by molding them onto wooden or metal skewers.


Step 4: Grill kebabs until cooked through, about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.


Step 5: Serve kofta kebabs with creamy tzatziki sauce.
