Quinoa Black beans Old fashioned oats Onion Garlic Tomato paste Egg Corn Cilantro Chipotles in adobo Cumin Yogurt Lime juice Honey

Step 1: Cook the quinoa. Mix quinoa with black beans, ground oats, chipotles, corn, and the remaining burger ingredients. 


Step 2: Form the mixture into 8 burger patties. Refrigerate until firm. 


Step 3: Cook burgers in the oven at 400°F for 20 minutes or in a skillet until golden brown. 


Step 4: Make cilantro yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, chipotles, cilantro, lime juice, and honey. 


Step 4: Place veggie burgers on burger buns and top with the sauce and your favorite burger toppings.
