Step 1: Blend flour, butter, eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, salt and lemon zest in a blender until frothy.


Step 2: Heat an oven-safe skillet in the oven. When hot, add butter and swirl it around until melted. 


Step 3: Add the blueberries to the skillet 


Step 4: Pour batter into the hot skillet and place skillet in the oven. 


Step 5: Bake 18-22 minutes at 425°F until puffed up and golden brown.


Step 6: Top Dutch baby with lemon curd and powdered sugar. Cut into wedges and serve.
